Rosemary and her husband Tom reside at 5585 Chatham Drive in Seven Hills. Their grandchildren attended the Parma City Schools. Rosemary retired from the Parma City School District where she was a teacher and Director of Curriculum and Instruction K-12. Rosemary holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Administration. She is a Jennings Scholar, Parma Teacher of the Year and Ohio Teacher of the Year. Rosemary is an active member of several community organizations including PTA, C/B/S and the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce. She has been a volunteer at Parma Community General Hospital, for 11 years where she has served on the Auxiliary Board of Directors for 8 years. At the state level, Rosemary currently serves on the statewide Student Achievement Liaison Team representing the Northeast Region of the state. Rosemary received the Ohio School Boards Association Northeast Region Outstanding Board Member Award in 2006, the Award of Achievement in 2007, 2008 & 2012 and the Lifetime Master Board Member Award in 2008. Rosemary serves on the Communications, Human Resources, and Teaching & Learning committees.
